I started making these little plastic stud earrings. I love them! They are so fun and cute to wear. You can find them soon at my Etsy shop which is now open again with my newly revamped My Hmongy Pillows. Check it out. 🙂
I’ve had a few people ask me when I will have pillows to sell again and I’m sorry for not keeping you all updated! With a few bumps and bruises in my pillow making I had to come to a brief stop but do plan on having more available again by late Spring, maybe earlier. Thanks for your patience!
WordPressers, I present to you the newest addition to my Hmong Pillow Collection, Hmong Boy! (Don’t you love the names I give to my pillows?) >_<
Compare to my very first original boy version, I didn’t change to many things but added more color to it. Hope you like. 🙂
Find this pillow at my Etsy shop.
After planning on them for the past few months, I believe I am finally ready to share my Hmong pillows. I made three pillows representing my favorite Hmong hats. Although not exactly true to the real thing, anyone can probably pick out the resemblance. I’m so tickle to have these pillows completed and shared on here. Here they are!
These pillows are also at my Etsy shop.
There is one more hat I would like to add to the collection so I might have another update on these later on in the month. I hope you enjoy these pillows!
I was also viewing my Hmong clothing this morning and admiring all the detail work my mom had put time into making. It’s amazing how there are so many little hand stitches! I don’t have the patience for it and for the past few years I’ve tried making my very own Hmong outfit multiple times but it never goes well. I wish I would have paid more attention to my mom when she was teaching us girls how to sew and cross stitch! If she were closer, I’d bug her to teach me again. If anyone has tips in making traditional Hmong clothing, I’d love to hear em! Thank you!
